The Texas Photographic Society is now inviting amateur and
professional photographers to submit digital files of their color and black and white works to TPS by August 14 for the Captivar
La Luz: A Latino Experience call for entries. This exhibit is open to all backgrounds, as long as the subject of the work
is related to Latin American life, culture, conflict and/or any social or economic issues. To learn more and to enter your project or images.
The 19th Annual International
Competition TPS is now accepting
entries for TIC: 19 from amateur and professional photographers by July 30, 2010. $1300 in cash prizes. Katherine Ware
of New Mexico Museum of Art will be the juror. The exhibit will open at the A Smith Gallery in Johnson City on October 23,
2010 as a part of PHOTOTexas, http://texasphoto.org/PHOTOTexasCalendar.html.
